2.1 I can describe the purposes for using collaborative technologies
BELOW I HAVE COPIED THE STATEMENT
“I have used collaborative technologies like GDrive’s Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides in my 1.3 Task. We were put you in groups of 3 to work collaboratively using G-Drive to create a Document in Google Docs, a Spreadsheet in Google Sheets and a PowerPoint Presentation – Google Slides.
The team leader’s job is was set up the document and use online communication (Google Drive) to ensure that the work is getting completed by ALL members of the group.
Ensure that in we created a folder on GDrive called ‘Collaborative Technologies’ folder containing all our 3 collaborative documents. We made sure that only me and my two other team members have access to this document so that other people can’t re-edit or deface our work.
We made sure we that each team member followed rules for creating each document, for e.g. we all used the same font style and colour when filling out each other’s documents, so, that we can tell who is adding the information and that the style must be the same for each document that the team member contributes to.”
